Listen to this sponsored NAGAP webinar, co-hosted by Shane Baglini from Muhlenberg College and Ardis Kadiu, Element451 CEO and Founder.
In September 2022, Muhlenberg College's Division of Graduate and Continuing Education transitioned to Element451's enrollment marketing CRM, aiming to cut costs and boost conversions. This shift allowed Muhlenberg's marketing and admissions teams to harness the power of AI to create relevant messages at scale, change the tone, and translate copy instantly with its generative AI copywriter, Bolt Copilot. In addition, Element's intelligent chatbot, BoltBot, handled student inquiries 24/7, with its ever-learning knowledge base.
The impact felt was swift, with marketing landing pages generating more conversions in the first 30 days than other platforms in the previous six months. Since the system's launch in early 2023, Muhlenberg has achieved impressive metrics:
- 249% YoY increase in RFI form conversions
- 153% increase in impressions
- 45% rise in clicks
- 26% decrease in cost per thousand impressions across all paid digital campaigns
This success resulted in the recruitment of two consecutive graduate cohorts and, notably, two adult degree completion cohorts for the first time in several years. Additionally, Muhlenberg anticipates over $500,000 in technology cost savings over the next five years as compared to their previous platform.
