How has Element451 changed how you engage with your students?

We're a proud partner with Element451 because we were passionate about engaging, inspiring and enrolling students who we feel like want to be with us and so Element was an easy win for us to be able to continue conversations and dialogue in a more personal way and also to really kind of personalize what the students want. Really kind of looking from their perspective, how can we deliver content that matches what students are looking for? Element seamlessly provided that solution for us. 

What has your experience been like working with the Element451 team?

Working with the element team is like working with family. They’re always around with you at the good points where we can celebrate and in those tough challenges that we're having to jump over hurdles or have emergencies. They’re there as well and they are a lending a helping hand all the time. It's been a great experience working with the Element team.

What challenges were you trying to solve prior to using the Element451 platform?

There were two specific problems that we were trying to address prior to coming into contact with Element451. One was how do we reduce the number of products and applications and vendors that we're having to use just to send a text or track email or to actually put all those things in one, so we were able to reduce the number of vendors that we were using which of course increases our resources to really invest in one platform that can do multiple things. 

That was one and then the second thing which is a really really interesting for us is to utilize a tool like Element that will help us in the enrollment process for students not just from the recruitment and admission side but all the way through Student Success and then on to graduation. Element has been that solution that has helped us to do a better job in how we support our students throughout the journey of the student.
