What has the implementing process been like at your institution?

Well, we've just scratched the surface. If we get it stuck, we just actually put a quick question into the chat area and, within minutes, we get an answer back. But the handoff to Lindsay (Senior Implementation Strategist) and working with Jacob, (Director of Data and Integrations) because we have some really unique integrations that go with ours, was seamless. The training was phenomenal. When we onboarded we discovered new ways to use the platform. So it was really great.

How does Element451 help make your job easier?

What's made our job easier is we really didn't have a communication strategy because we were on a different type of platform before that was more talent acquisition related. It wasn't student-focused. So the easiest piece was building that communication strategy, making sure that we had the right triggers, and using more request for information forms.

How are you using Element451 to engage with students better?

We're a very application-heavy institution where every day we're receiving large numbers of applications. And so we want to give that personal touch but also make sure we set the right expectations with the students. And students want updates; they want to know what's going on, and where they are at in the process.

So this year we started doing a summer series. We're using the Events module and it sold out all the sessions through September within the first day or so!
