Blinn College's Recruiting and Registrars Offices shared the remarkable impact their AI-powered CRM has had on better engaging students. Assistant Registrar, Erin May and Registrar, Kristi Urban shared the impacts of changing their CRM, and how it the way they work, for the better.

Before integrating Element451, the team navigated through a maze of disjointed software solutions. These disconnected systems led to inefficiencies and impeded smooth communication with both other departments and students. Managing numerous solutions and vendors consumed a considerable amount of time!

After implementing Element 451, Blinn witnessed a 10% increase in enrollment and a 33% decrease in dropouts.
