Confidence Scoring
High, medium, or low confidence on every likely pair, color-coded for fast scanning.

Duplicate contacts pile up fast, especially around application deadlines and event imports, and most matching tools only tell you two records might be the same. They don't tell you why, so staff either take the system's word for it or dig through every field by hand.
Deduplication closes that gap. Every likely pair arrives with a confidence level, the reasoning behind it, and the concerns against it, so staff can decide fast without deciding blind.

Find Likely Pairs. Detection runs continuously in the background, catching duplicates as they're created, not just during a cleanup pass.
Analyze the Evidence. Bolt Analysis reviews each pair and returns a confidence level, the signals that support a match, and the concerns that argue against it.
Guide Staff Review. Records sit side by side with the reasoning laid out in plain language, so the decision is never just a score.
Resolve the Pair. Merge with field-level control, dismiss it, or save it for later. Vetted pairs can go through Bulk Merge instead of one at a time.
Record the Outcome. Merges are tracked. Dismissals can be reversed if a pair needs a second look.

Confidence Level. High, medium, or low, so staff know where to focus first.
Supporting Signals. The details that point toward the same person, matching emails, names, enrollment history, and more.
Concerns. The reasons the match might be wrong, surfaced instead of hidden.
Recommended Primary Record. A suggested survivor record, always confirmed by staff before anything changes.
Bolt Analysis runs continuously in the background, so the queue reflects what's actually happening, not a snapshot from last week.

Staff Confirm Every Merge. Except when your team explicitly triggers Bulk Merge, nothing merges without a person confirming it first.
Merges Are Permanent, Dismissals Aren't. A dismissed pair can be revisited later. A completed merge cannot be undone, so staff always know what's reversible and what isn't.
Legacy Deduplication Stays Available. No forced switch and no changes to existing permissions.
No Additional Cost. Included with Bolt Agents across all Bolt and Element products, no separate SKU.

Plain-language explanation for every match, including the signals and the concerns behind it.
A third option beyond merge or dismiss, for pairs that need more information before a decision.
Resolve vetted pairs at scale, with average confidence shown before anything happens.
Choose which fields survive the merge instead of accepting an all-or-nothing outcome.
A record of what was merged, when, and why.
