By opting in to receive text messages from Element451, Inc. (“Element451”), you agree to these terms.
Program Description
The Element451 SMS program sends informational and promotional text messages to prospects, customer users, event registrants, and community members. Messages may include:
- Demo, meeting, and appointment confirmations and reminders
- Webinar, conference, and event reminders and updates
- Customer support updates and service notices
- Account, onboarding, and product notifications
- Account security messages, such as one-time verification codes you request
- Promotional messages about Element451 products, resources, and events
How to Opt In
You can opt in by:
- Entering your mobile number on an Element451 web form and checking the SMS consent box
- Registering for an Element451 event or webinar and choosing to receive text messages
By opting in, or by choosing to use Element451 platform features available by SMS, MMS, or text message, you give express consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Element451 at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, such as scheduled meetings, event registrations, and support requests.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message, and then no further messages unless you opt in again by replying START to [Insert Element451 Number].
Account security messages, such as one-time verification codes, are sent only when you request them. To stop these, change your sign-in verification method in your Element451 account settings.

Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier’s network and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers and devices may vary.
Eligibility
By taking part in this program, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided, and that you may consent to receive text messages at that number.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use this program only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with it.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to receive messages after an update means you accept the updated terms.
