From adding 65 new amazing institutions to the Element451 family to joining forces with Enrollify, bringing you the most up-to-date edtech trends and resources, we've had a busy year — and so have our partners!

  • New Contacts Added: With a whopping 8,556,994 new contacts added in just this calendar year, we have significantly expanded the outreach capabilities of our partners.
  • Engagements Tracked: An astounding 387,720,498 engagements were tracked, showcasing our robust engagement tracking tools. For partners like Muhlenberg College of Graduate Studies, this meant a 249% increase in conversions through request for information forms.
  • Emails Sent: Our partners sent out 177,582,067 emails, leveraging our powerful communication platforms to effectively reach the right audience with the right message at the right time.
  • Texts Managed: A total of 3,443,308 texts were efficiently managed, ensuring timely and effective student communication so that staff could form 1-1 connections and get information out in a timely manner. Thanks to our two-way texting capabilities, the team at Jefferson Community & Technical College was able to reach busy nursing students on their own time and in their preferred formats.
  • Event Participants Registered: We facilitated the registration of 142,458 event participants, enhancing event management and working hard toward increased attendance. It's no wonder our partners at Trinity Valley Community College experienced a staggering 940% increase in event attendance by utilizing Element451.
  • Conversations Managed: Our tools adeptly managed 388,877 conversations, fostering better student-institution interactions.
  • Tasks Completed: With 586,939 tasks completed, our partners experienced unparalleled productivity and efficiency.
  • Applications Processed: Our partners processed 344,232 applications, streamlining the admissions process like never before.

The BoltBot Revolution

This year marked the successful rollout of our AI chatbot, BoltBot, a game-changer in higher education CRM. BoltBot's impact in just six months has been phenomenal!

  • Time Saved: BoltBot has saved 193,844 minutes of our partners' time, equivalent to 404 eight-hour workdays. This massive time saving has allowed staff to focus on more strategic tasks.

    For example, our partners at Forsyth Technical Community College experienced a 24% decrease in inbound calls after the implementation of BoltBot. BoltBot efficiently resolved 79% of the 3,000+ conversations it had and saved the team 36,624 minutes.
  • 24/7/365 Availability: Participating in 13,113 conversations, BoltBot has provided students with round-the-clock information, ensuring their queries are addressed any time of the day.
